We offer a range of memberships to suit everyone from Social memberships for those who just want to be kept up to date with the latest news through to the Full Monty of memberships that enables you to compete across the globe.
Social Membership $5.00
*Free for all UTAS Students, Staff & Secondary School students
A great value way to stay in touch with news updates and information about all things athletics.Social Members can join in our Social Teams on Strava, Parkrun and in Fun Runs but cannot enter IAAF/Athletics Australia/Athletics Tasmania sanctioned events.
All Year Registration
This is the Full Monty of memberships which enables athletes to compete in all Track & Field events plus the Tasmanian Road & Cross Country Championships. Included in the fee is the following:
* Registration with Athletics Tasmania/Athletics Australia
* Track training fees for your local training Centre (Hobart/Launceston/Penguin)
* Entry fees for your region Interclub events
All Year Registration allows athletes to compete in local, national and international events and be considered for selection for State/National teams. *Note – UTAS Students & Staff are eligible for a $75 rebate on the All Year Registration fee (sponsored by the University of Tasmania)
Cross Country & Road Registration from $40.00
Out of Stadium registration is a great option for those who compete in Cross Country and Road events. This membership allows athletes to compete at their own level in the Tasmanian Cross Country & Road Championships, including the Half & Full Marathons and Road Walking, and also enables athletes to be considered for selection for State and National teams for these events. This registration also allows athletes to contest the Tasmanian 10000m Track Championships, however if you wish to compete in this event at a national level you will be required to have the All Year registration option.
Membership fees vary in each region due to levies charged beyond our control.
